He is the greatest of men

 

Assaddho akataññū ca, sandhicchedo ca yo naro;

Hatāvakāso vantāso, sa ve uttamaporiso.

He is the greatest of men who is not credulous,

but knows the reality of Nirvana,

who has destroyed the causes of rebirth and broken every bond.
